We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our 4 operation centres in Australia, Canada, Malaysia, and the UK, responding to the cries for help we receive from travellers across the globe.

So, what's the job?

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional customer experience.

  • You’ll provide clarity on benefits, claims support and policy sales advice to internal and external customers which is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory obligations at the first point of contact

  • You’ll respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other mediums, providing prompt, courteous and accurate information

  • You’ll be professional, empathetic, proactive and committed to deliver on promise and in line with our customer service principles

  • You’ll collaborate with team members to ensure effective call resolution and customer satisfaction

  • You’ll maintain accurate records of calls received, using relevant CRM, telephony, and relevant support systems

And what are we looking for?

We are looking for future team members who are passionate about helping others and want to start their career in global travel assistance.

  • You’ll be professionally proficient in both English and French

  • You’ll have 6 or more months experience in customer service within a contact centre environment

  • You’re able to deliver a great customer experience within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with a positive can-do attitude

  • You’ll have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

  • You’ll have excellent time management skills, as well as a strong attention to detail

  • You’ll have a High School Diploma or 3 years’ equivalent experience

  • You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using multiple IT systems

  • You’ll be available Monday to Friday, between 8am-8pm and Saturdays between 12-6pm.
