De Value Stream Leader voor Cytiva is verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de productiedoelen (Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Levering, Inventaris en Productiviteit).

Deze functie maakt deel uit van de afdeling Operations in Medemblik. Deze fulltime functie zal volledig op locatie worden uitgevoerd.

In deze rol krijg je de kans om:

• Beleid te beheren en te ontwikkelen

• Processen te optimaliseren

• Teams aan te sturen op de afdeling waar jij verantwoordelijk bent

De essentiele vereisten voor deze baan zijn:

• HBO werk- en denkniveau

• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engels Taal

• Meerdere jaren ervaring in het aansturen van teams

• Meerdere jaren ervaring in het werken in een productieomgeving

• Meerdere jaren ervaring met het continue verbeteren van bijvoorbeeld processen

• Bekendheid met Lean tools zoals Value Stream Mapping en Visual/Daily Management

• Ervaren met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

• Ervaren met SAP
