LEO Pharma Senior Manager, Payer Analytics & Insights in Madison, New Jersey

The role will be responsible for supporting payer analytics as it relates to formulary coverage, pull through analytics, co-pay analytics, contracting decision making analytics and payer performance. This role will be helping to facilitate critical insights across market access, finance and executive leadership teams. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in market access and analytics.

  • Tracking Formulary coverage and performance by coverage / rebate

  • Pull through analytics (measure effectiveness and lift of formulary changes)

  • Co-pay analytics (utilization, average benefit)

  • Monitor Market access landscape and trends

  • Monitor market access competitive intelligence (e.g. competitive coverage, co-pay programs etc.)

  • Support payer contract performance / post-deal analytics

  • Coordinates with Market Access and Account teams

  • Supports queries on specific managed markets-related issues

  • Integrations with data warehouse for relevant data sources (e.g. managing MMIT data)

  • Provide market access perspective into cross functional insight generation, strategy development and issue management

  • Additional duties as assigned by Head CSA&I and LEO Pharma Management.

  • Complete all company-based and job-related training as assigned by LEO Pharma within the required timeline.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MA/MS/MBA or other advanced degree preferred

  • 3+ years in market access analytics role with strong knowledge of market access environment

  • 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotech environment

  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills

  • Possesses strong analytical skills and strategic perspective

  • Proactively influences across boundaries, builds effective relationships inside and outside of own team and drives projects and tasks towards successful completion

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, detail and solution oriented

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects

  • Self-starter,” highly organized with excellent follow-through and ability to get past obstacles in order to get things done

  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel

  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
