Randstad has a Food Manufacturing Operations Manager position in the Sevier County area. This positions can be between the hours of 2nd and/or 3rd shifts. If you have management experience in Food Manufacturing (not service) today and let's discuss the opportunity! This is a direct hire position.

salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

shift: Second

work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes

Organizing and adjusting production schedules as needed

Assessing project and resources requirements

Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers

Cost of Goods Analysis and determining product pricing strategy

Determining quality control standards

Overseeing production processes

Skills

• food processing management (2 years of experience is required)
