Within Amazon Business (AB), small business customers are a key segment, both in terms of their unique purchasing behavior and their impact on revenue.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager tech, with proven experience in thought leadership, and detailed execution to lead, expand, and grow Amazon’s onsite acquisition strategy and cross-store movement WW. As the person responsible for AB’s Onsite and Cross store product strategy, you will support setting the direction, and leading the team to redefine how we acquire and engage business customers shopping on both Consumer and Amazon Business.

This leader will have WW responsibility of the onsite acquisition and cross store shopping experience for AB small business customers, defining the overall long-term strategy and owning and executing the product roadmap in partnership with Tech. As a senior leader for acquisition, you will be responsible for guiding the company’s efforts to guide business customers shopping on consumer to Amazon Business to address the unique needs of business customers The experienced Sr. Product Manager will work closely with Science, Engineering, Marketing and Business teams to implement a strategy that is coordinated across all B2B initiatives at Amazon and will be able to convey complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. Key job responsibilities

• Start with the customer and work backwards to define optimal paths for Onsite acquisition of business customers World Wide.

• Work cross- functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Business and Science teams across Amazon Business and Retail to establish and develop the long-term roadmap to grow Amazon B2B

• Identify blockers and solve through creative problem solving, effectively escalating across all levels in the company when required

• Design customer engagement processes that address the various customer segments including sole proprietors and small market enterprises

• Build effective mechanisms for providing internal feedback and external, voice of customer feedback to development teams

• Develop daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to objectively track progress to goals and to provide customer insights

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree

  • Proficiency with SQL and data analysis

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
