Robert Half Director of Demand Generation in Austin, Texas

Description Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets. Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster detail oriented growth and achieve collective goals. Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, product marketing, and lead generation. Drive brand awareness and thought leadership through strategic positioning, messaging, and communication channels. Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and pipeline growth. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to executive leadership on marketing ROI and effectiveness. Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with industry organizations, influencers, and key stakeholders to expand market reach and drive business growth. Stay informed about emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and leverage innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement and optimization. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of [X] years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives and achieving business results. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines. Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of the [industry/sector] landscape and market dynamics. Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment is highly desirable.
